The staff at the hotel were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was great, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the spacious rooms and the refreshing showers with good water pressure. The town where the hotel is located surprised us in a positive way, as it was perfect for an evening stroll.

That the hotel had a rather dated exterior and look & feel. we noticed a blood stain on the hair dryer, although the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good.

The hotel was a very good value. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast selection was large and tasty. Quiet rooms.

We drove in a car using a GPS, so found the hotel easily. However, it may be difficult to get to if relying on public transportation. The windows did not have light blocking curtains, so when the sun came up the room was brighter than we'd like at 5 AM.

Yes, I stayed in this hotel with my wife and it has been a great plesure. I was there for Interpack in Dusseldorf and opted this hotel even though this hotel is far from the fair ground and finally it has been a great experience. The wife and husband who run this hotel are really a great pair and made for each other. They are doing business but they are also one hell of a couple who supports each other at all times. Their hospitality and helping nature is of great importance. In case you guys are first time to Cologne, go this hotel. No matter how far you are, but you are safe here. In fact, even though we got a cheaper accomodation just next to the fair ground on the next day itself, we stayed there. In fact, we have even extended our stay. My great regards to that couple and unfortunate that we could not take a picture with them as the lady was tired and sleeping

L'hôtel est idéalement situé près de la gare et du centre commercial. On peut facilement accéder à l'hôtel en tramway. Les chambres disposent d'un lit confortable et d'une décoration sympa. Le personnel est agréable et serviable.

La salle de bain peut être peu pratique pour laver un enfant et l'espace entre le mur et les WC est limité.

This hotel deserves it's 3 stars for sure. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. Not very diverse, but enough for 2 days that we stayed there. It is really close to the center of Koln, about 12-15 min. by car.

It would be more convinient to have jalousie on the windows. It was too sunny early in the morning. There was no hairdryer. We got a baby bad and a pillow, but no blanket. It was strange.

Everything was simply amazing. We truly enjoyed delicious breakfasts with Bacon, the scrambled eggs plus top quality fresh breads. The location of the hotel was particularly good, near the park.
